What does this mean for you?

Due to the restructuring, some regions may experience temporary changes, including:

  • In some cases, the provision of consulting services may be partially or fully suspended.
  • The format of providing consulting services may be modified.
  • Other temporary adjustments in business processes may occur, including the temporary cessation of any business activity that does not affect projects approved before the restructuring process began.

 

Your Actions and Existing Agreements:

You do not need to take any additional actions. We guarantee the full fulfillment of all previously concluded contracts in accordance with the approved schedules and quality standards.

 

Temporary Suspension of Services in Certain CIS Countries:

Currently, ARTBLISS Global Consulting services are temporarily unavailable in the following countries:

  • Russia
  • Ukraine*
  • Belarus
  • Kazakhstan
  • Uzbekistan
  • Turkmenistan*
  • Tajikistan
  • Kyrgyzstan
  • Armenia
  • Azerbaijan

*Not a full member or has, in fact, suspended its participation in the Commonwealth.

 

Our Principles and Goals:

ARTBLISS Global Consulting strives to improve ethical processes and the business climate worldwide. We are working to resume business relations in the aforementioned countries and do not discriminate against individuals and companies based on nationality. We do not attribute to private businesses the motives and actions of persons not affiliated with them. The restrictions that have arisen are due to a number of legal nuances against the backdrop of the geopolitical situation in the world.

In connection with the restructuring, we are updating a number of public documents, including:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • Website Terms of Use
  • Risk Warnings
  • Terms and Conditions
  • LitePaper (sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10)
  • Code of Ethics (with additions, without changing key standards)
  • Partnership Agreement
  • Other necessary types of documents

Updated documents will be available on the website after the restructuring process is completed. Existing Clients will receive them through an individually agreed-upon method of notification. The LitePaper is provided for informational purposes only.

 

Restructuring Schedule:

  • Start of the process: January 15, 2025
  • Projected completion: August 1, 2028

 

Data Protection (GDPR):

We will continue to strictly comply with the principles of the GDPR following the restructuring of the group of companies and the resumption of operations, ensuring the protection of your data and rights in accordance with the requirements and specificities of the legislation of each jurisdiction.

All European clients and partners have been transferred to backup service structures located within the territory of the EU.

Please note that the website is currently hosted on a server located in the Republic of Belarus.

The previously authorized management of the Investment Department of ARTBLISS Global Consulting, retaining advisory functions, considers it necessary to state the following:

The Republic of Belarus possesses significant geographical and human potential, with highly qualified specialists—responsible and talented individuals. However, current sanction restrictions substantially complicate free interaction with Belarusian professionals and hinder the establishment of new, effective economic partnerships.

We appeal to our European partners to reconsider their approaches towards cooperation with the Republic of Belarus, viewing it as an independent and promising partner for mutually beneficial economic collaboration. We also urge consideration of assistance in lifting sanctions restrictions.

History clearly demonstrates that any form of societal isolation leads to serious economic and social consequences. We strongly believe that joint efforts should be directed toward economic development, improving living standards, and implementing socially significant projects. Instead of creating barriers, it is essential to build effective communication and open cooperation that fosters joint initiatives, including support for volunteer and charitable organizations, as well as assistance for those in need.

 

It is important to emphasize that ARTBLISS Global Consulting adheres strictly to the principle of confidentiality and never discusses the affairs of Clients and Partners in public, as well as its internal processes. This ethical standard is an integral part of our philosophy and cannot be changed or questioned, even with a complete change of leadership.
